It was an amazing experience, I loved staff and location. Found in the great area very close to eateries and tourist spots, the centre of the old quarter. Plus, it was easy to find a late 19th-century Gothic Revival church.

Brand-new accommodation with prime setting just off old town, night Market and the old quarter. We had compact, silent room. Loved informative staff. We had savoury and varied breakfast with very GOOD pancakes. The service was all in all good.

I loved the hotel, it had exceptional staff and location. It was right at Hanoi downtown. Need to be mentioned that free WiFi worked throughout the property...

Top location, fantastic service and amazing breakfast. Staff were delightful and setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. I liked the lunch in Madame Hien Restaurant an easy walk to the hotel.
Facilities were comfortable, nevertheless Wi-Fi was quite slow.
